About Thomas "Clay" Duncan

My career in theatre began in Charleston, South Carolina, where I developed a strong foundation in live performance and production while working at the historic Dock Street Theatre, participating in the Piccolo Spoleto Festival, and performing at the Cavallero Supper Club.

I continued my education at a community college, where I served as Production Stage Manager, overseeing show operations and coordinating technical and creative teams. I later advanced my studies at the University of Alabama, further refining my expertise in stage management and theatrical production.

Following a summer engagement at Hersheypark, I transitioned into house management at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida, supporting front-of-house operations for a diverse range of productions.

I subsequently joined Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, embarking on a dynamic career at sea. In this role, I contributed to the launch of three new ships and more than fifteen original productions, serving in positions ranging from Lead Automation Technician to Stage Management.
